免费师范生的职业认同类型及其学习动机特点研究

摘    要:对来自两所部属师范大学的1172名免费师范生的职业认同和学习动机进行了测量,通过聚类分析将免费师范生的教师职业认同分为四种类型,研究考察了四种类型学生的分布特点及其在学习动机上的表现。结果表明:(1)免费师范生的教师职业认同可划分为四种类型:热爱型、兴趣型、功利型、回避型;(2)四种类型的免费师范生在性别、年级和生源地上呈现出不同的分布特点;(3)四种类型的免费师范生在学习动机水平上差异显著。本研究对此提出了相应的建议。

The Type of Teacher Professional Identity and the Learning Motivation for Tuition-free Student Teachers
Abstract:This study investigated on 1172 tuition-free student teachers'type of teacher professional identity and learning motivation.Using cluster analysis,these tuition-free student teachers were divided into four types,and the demographic characteristics and learning motivation were also explored.The results indicated:(1) Tuition-free student teachers could be categorized into four types,namely enthusiastic-oriented,interest-oriented,avoidant-oriented and benefit-oriented.(2) Different types of tuition-free student teachers showed different characters on gender、grade and native places.(3) Different types of tuition-free student teachers had different learning motivation.Lastly,according to the research results,relative suggestions are also provided.
