学校公共生活中的教师:教师作为公民实践的范型

摘    要:学校公共生活的开启与公共价值的实现都离不开教师,教师的学校生活实践本身就应该成为公民实践的范型,成为开启学生公共生活视野的精神窗口和直接依据。教师作为公民实践的范型主要体现在日常教育生活中对学生的理解、指导与解放,师生平等交往与学校公共生活共同体的形成。教师置身其中,秉持爱与正义的德性,保持日常生活中足够的价值自觉,持守从个体自身出发的教育实践,尤其而显明教师自身作为公民人格的示范。教师自身的公共实践与公民人格本身就是最好的公民教科书。

Abstract:Both the opening of school public life and the realization of public values cannot be separated from teachers.Their school life as such should be a model of civil practice,and become a spiritual window and direct ground for opening students' vision of public life.As a paradigm of civil practice,teachers should have understandings and guidance of their students in daily educational life,and have equal communications with them,thus forming a community of school public life.Teachers' own public practices and civil personalities are the best textbooks for citizens.
