| 摘 要： | 利用典型零件的加工,介绍使用Mastercam X3软件铣削加工模块设置刀具路径的方法。通过分析零件加工工艺,介绍Mastercam X3软件在3轴加工中心编程的具体操作步骤。文中着重就2D加工和曲面加工操作进行了较详细的介绍,并通过例子体现了自动编程软件在3轴加工中心中应用的优越性。

| Abstract: | Utilizing example of a typical element machining, the article introduce, the usage of setting up toolpaths of milling machining by Mastercam X3. Through the analysis of machining technology, the article introduces specific operating measure about MastercamX3 software and detailed present procedure at 2D machining and curved surface machining. It is an advantage giving an expression to using auto programming for 3 axels machining center. |
