| Abstract: | As a kind of new economy organization form, strategic alliance has drawn people's attention, in nature, strategic alliance is a contract arrangement among firms. From the point of contract theory, the features and incompletion of strategic alliance arrangement are analyzed and the guarantee mechanism of performing agreement is brought out. |
