| 摘 要： | 在阐述项目教学定义与基本特征的基础上，针对项目教学的实施过程“项目选择一计划制定一组织实施一考核评价一总结评比”，提出了系列化探究式项目教学的动态管理模式，进一步探索项目教学的有效管理方法，从而确保项目教学的顺利执行，以期获得较好的教学质量和工程训练效果。

| Abstract: | The dynamic and efficient management mode of the serial inquiring project-teaching is proposed in this paper, based on the definition and basic characteristic of project-teaching method. The five steps of project-teaching implementation as follows： choosing project, planning, organization ＆ implementation, evaluation and summary. The management mode and method are researched in detail, which can improve the efficiency and quality of project-teaching. |
