| 摘 要： | 知识管理理论的研究成果在图书馆实际工作中的可操作性、实践性不强，原凼是多方面的，终不外乎图书馆文化氛围、组织结构、资源系统、业务流程，以及技术基础等因素。立足图书馆实际情况，有必要借鉴国内外先进的知识管理实践经验，加快推进知识管理工作的实施。
