大众健美操对高校女生身体素质的影响的实验研究

摘    要:大众健美操是高校女生喜闻乐见,开展广泛的运动。它能改善血液循环系统,使心脏动力增强;提高心肺功能,肺活量增;大降低脂肪含量,并且提高了肌肉的质量。更好的预防和减少了高血压、高血脂等疾病的发生。不仅对全民健身,改善体质起到积极推动作用,而且对高校女大学生身体素质的提高,起着十分重要的作用和影响。本文通过对西安美术学院2005级70名女生进行分组实验,对实验结果从身体形态、身体机能、肌肉耐力、柔韧四方面进行分析,以期对高校非体育专业女生进行身体锻炼提供依据。

Abstract:The popular aerobics is a widely developed activity which is loved and welcomed by the female undergraduate.It can improve the system of blood circulation,strengthen the power of the heart and enhance vital capacity.It also can increase the function of the heart and the lungs,decrease the content of fat,improve the quality of the muscle,it has well prevented and de- creased illness as high blood pressure.It has not only promoted the health of the entire people,but also played an important role in increasing the health condition of the female undergraduates.This text was carried on dividing an experiment about 70 girls of Xi an Academy of Fine Art of 2005.Analyze the experiment result from the body appearance,body function,muscle,pliant and tough face to carry on the analysis everywhere,to expect to provide the basis to the professional girl of the non-athletics in the high school.
