| Abstract: | Discusses the library collection building from two aspects--the construction and usage of networked information resources. On the construction, the author puts forward a set of construction frame-work for networked resources in order to balance the interests among the resources creators, publishers and readers. On the usage, the author gives concrete technical plans based on the discussion on the database style and non - database style networked information resources. |
