| 摘 要： | 民营企业己成为医药行业异军突起的"新生代",是推动国民经济发展的重要力量.问题在于,很多民营医药企业在竞争日趋激烈的市场经济大环境下,逐渐显露出了许多的"先天不足".为此,民营医药企业应提高对"企业文化"这一新型管理模式的认识,加强企业文化建设.着意从分析民营医药企业文化的现状、不足入手,阐述了民营医药企业加强企业文化建设的对策,培育出具有外部竞争力的企业文化,提高市场竞争力.
