摘    要:人文精神作为一种软文化,在高校教师管理中越来越发挥着重要的作用。管理者要重视"人"的需要,创造和谐环境;要为教师实现人生价值架桥铺路;要有面对矛盾、解决问题的实践能力和驾御全局、开拓进取的胸襟胆识;还要具备形而上的哲学思维,以及践履求善的人格境界。

Abstract:The humanity spirit is one kind of soft culture,and it's becoming more and more important in teacher's management in college.The director needs to regard the needs of "a human being" seriously,and create a harmonious environment,and needs to put up a bridge for the teacher to realize their value of life.The director also needs to have practice and driving ability.When he is faced with contradictions and problems,he can deal with them.The director must have enterprising mind,courage,and insight to make big progress.The director also needs metaphysical thinking,and needs to reach a personality realm where goodness can be sought by practice.
