| 摘 要： | 对专利信息的分析与研究，能为企业发展提供技术策略、竞争对手评估、反竞争情报对策等，是企业竞争情报与反竞争情报工作的重要内容。本文从竞争情报和反竞争情报的角度，充分论述了专利分析的技术与方法，并对专利分析过程中存在的问题提出了一些看法。
