| 摘 要： | 面对法学本科专业就业率低、学生不能适应社会需要等问题,有人提出"法本取消论",认为我国高等教育应取消法律本科专业。这是一种缺乏理性思考的建议。针对法学本科不景气的现象,首先应该在对法学教育现有制度进行重新反思的基础上,从多方面找原因并冷静地逐一分析,然后对症下药;其次从招生数量、入学条件、教育教学过程改革以及就业机制等方面进行整体性的设计,从而使法学本科教育走出困境、找到出路。因此,法学本科教育遇到的困境并非仅仅通过取消这一武断的方法就能解决的。

| Abstract: | Facing the problem of low employment rate and poor ability of adapting society of law undergraduates,someone puts forward a theory that law education of undergraduate should be cancelled.This suggestion lacks the rational thinking.For the recession phenomena of the education of the law undergraduates,we should re-check existing system of law education,search for and analyze the reasons one by one calmly,and suit the remedy to the case.We should make the whole design for the law education on control of student quantity,entrance condition,the reform in education and the teaching process,and the employment mechanism,etc.It is just an arbitrary decision that cancels law education of undergraduate. |
