| 摘 要： | 从人才队伍的规模、结构、创新能力等方面分析了四川省科技人才队伍的现状和存在的问题,并分析了存在问题的原因;在此基础上,提出了四川省科技人才队伍建设的发展思路和进一步加强科技人才工作的若干对策建议。
