| 摘 要： | 从推荐服务存在的问题和机会发现在弱信号、隐性知识方面的优势出发，探讨机会发现在拓展数据分析、发现隐性信息和满足用户长尾需求方面的作用。通过对机会和用户的持续关注，准确把握用户需求，提高人机交互在推荐中的关键作用，从而改善推荐服务质量。

| Abstract: | This paper proceeds from current exist problems of recommendation service and the advantage of chance discovery in some aspects such as weak signal and tacit knowledge,discussing that chance discovery can expand the data analysis and discover tacit information,as well as satisfy the demand of long-tail.Constant attention has been paid to chance and users,so that user demand should be grasped exactly and the quality of recommendation service can be improved by enhancing the key function of interaction between expert and system. |
