| 摘 要： | 通过案例分析法，选取来自不同层级、不同地区、不同部门的10个政府机构微博开展研究，以探究目前国内政府机构微博的内容与互动现状，具体包括微博信息的发文数量、发布时段、信息内容、信息类别、信息形式、信息来源、信息推送、语言风格、信息相关群体、信息相关层级、网民评论及态度、评论群体类型和评论回复等方面，并在研究基础上提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper selects ten Chinese government institutional microblogs at different levels,in different regions and different departments as cases to study their content and interactions.Specifically,it observes and analyzes messages’ number,issuing message content,message type,message forms,message sources,message forward,language style,relevant stakeholders,associated levels,comments and attitudes,commenter type,and response.Based on the research findings,the paper also provides some policy recommendations to the government. |
