| 摘 要： | 贫困生认定是学生资助工作的“牛鼻子”，也是精准资助的难点，贫困生的认定实际上是贫困家庭的认定。因此，亟待建立一套信息采集便捷、衡量标准科学、程序规范得当、区分功能明显的《学生家庭经济困难程度测评方案》。研制测评方案应遵循资助与育人相结合、定量与定性相结合、学校家庭社会相结合、集中采信与动态采信相结合的原则。经过几年的研究，课题组形成了由14项指标、53条标准、“6段14步”操作体系构成的测评方案。该方案具有较好的信度、效度和满意度。在资助比例设定为15%的情况下，其总命中率在94%以上，参与测评的全体学生对测评程序、指标与权重、测评结果的满意度在90%左右。《学生家庭经济困难程度测评方案》的应用，要注意制度配套、教育跟进和操作的精细化。

Practical Research on the Scheme Evaluating the Degree of Student Family Financial Difficulty |

| Abstract: | Identify students who with financial difficult is not only the key of financing work, but also the difficulty of precise funded, actually It ’s the cognizance of economically disadvantaged families. Urgently need to establish an evaluation Scheme which has the features of gathering information convenient;scientific yardstick;proper procedures, distinguish function obvious.Developing the assessment scheme should abide the following principles:finance combined with education;combination of quantitative and qualitative;combining school family and society;centralized gathering information combined with dynamic gathering information. After several years of research, we have developed an evaluation scheme, the operating system constituted by 14 indicators;53 standards;6 stages 14 steps. The evaluation scheme has a good reliability;validity and satisfaction. In the case of funding set to 15%, the total hit rate is more than 94%. About 90%students who have participated in the evaluation are satisfied with the assessment procedure;index and weight;assessment results. The application of the evaluation scheme need system supporting;follow-up education and fine-grained operation. |
