| 摘 要： | 本文从生态学角度探讨图书馆人员管理。利用生态平衡、生态系统、生态重叠、个体密度、动态平衡、物种进化等原理及规律透视图书馆人员 管理的现象和措施。认为图书馆人员管理应达到一个动态的平衡，在前进中争取平衡，在平衡中寻找竞争。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the management of librarians has been discussed in the respect of ecology.By applying the principles and laws of ecological balance,ecological system,ecological overlap,individual density dynamic,balance and evolution of species to the analysis of the phenomenon and measures of management,it is supposed that the management of librarians should achieve dynamic balance in both advancement and competition. |
