| 摘 要： | 根据高校院系领导班子考核的要求,建立了高校院系领导班子考核的指标体系,利用模糊层次分析法给出了考核指标的权重,随后提出了基于模糊理想点的领导班子评价方法,并对某高校五个领导班子进行了评价。

| Abstract: | The assessment index system for leading group of colleges is built according to the assessment requirements.The weights of assessment index are determined by applying fuzzy analytical hierarchy process.Then assessment methods for leading groups based on fuzzy TOPSIS are presented.Finally five leading groups in a university are assessed by using the methods. |
