| 摘 要： | 学报编辑工作是对学术研究的精神产品进行收集、辨识、筛选、加工和优化的再创造过程。学报编辑的业务能力和观念意识关系着学报的质量。为提高学报的质量和品位,学报编辑应以“爱”为基、树立主体意识,以“学”为本、牢固学术意识,以“新”为核、强化特色意识,以“时”为度、增强时效意识。

| Abstract: | The paper points out that the work of Academic Journal Editor is a re-creative course,which refers to gather,identify,filter,process and optimize intellectual products.Thus,professional ability and consciousness of academic journal editor is relevant to the Academic journal's quality.In order to improve academic journal's quality,the following principles are to be carried out in this work,they are: LOVE is considered as the basis to build subjective consciousness;RESEARCH is thought as the resource of academic consciousness;CREATION is taken as the core of strengthening characteristic consciousness,and TRANSITIVITY is regarded as the efficiency consciousness. |
