| 摘 要： | 同其他大多数发展中国家和地区不同的是,中国是在一种比较特殊的条件下进行改革开放和现代化建设的。特殊的时代背景条件,使得中国现阶段的社会矛盾呈现出一些明显的特征:民生需求甚于政治诉求;官民之间的矛盾比较突出;个案问题容易演化成整体化的矛盾;诉求方式相对温和;解决社会矛盾的两难境地;社会矛盾的生长空间很大。
