| 摘 要： | 西部新建高校在高等教育大众化过程中实现可持续发展,必须面向西部、面向地方经济发展所需要人才与科技资源,选择适合区域经济发展的路径,才能实现大学的办学目标,也才能实现高等教育强国强省强区的国家战略.西部高校的科技期刊要紧密结合学校的办学定位与发展目标,充分利用科技信息资源库的优势,为西部地方经济发展提供多渠道,全方位社会服务是高校科技期刊办刊定位的必然选择.

| Abstract: | To achieve a sustainable development in the popularization of higher learning,newly-built colleges and universities in western China must direct their efforts on the talents and scientific and technological resources that are needed for the development of west and the local economy,and thus find a compatible path for regional economic development,so as to fulfill the goal of running a university,thus to make contribution to the state’s strategy of strengthening provinces,regions and the country via higher education.In combination with the school-running orientation and goal of development,college scientific periodicals and journals should make full use of the scientific information data bank,to provide a multi-channel,all-round social service for local economic development,which has become a must in college’s journal-running orientation. |
