| 摘 要： | 文章通过对文献资料的综合分析,从人文社会学的视角结合民族传统体育的运动特点,详细论述了中国民族传统体育中蕴含的丰富人文资源。据此指出:民族传统体育的丰富内涵是高校实施人文素质教育的重要资源,在今天日益强调人文素质教育重要性的背景下,民族传统体育是高校实施人文素质教育的一种有效模式与途径。
