野生猕猴桃的微量元素研究

摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了黔东南州榕江县原生态野生鲜果猕猴桃的微量元素的含量,为开发利用原生态野生猕猴桃提供参考数据.结果表明,黔东南州榕江县原生态野生鲜果猕猴桃中Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg,K分别为31.78,3.19,4.38,1.44,89.62,53.09,56.80μg/g,Ni,Cd,Pb未检出.黔东南州榕江县野生猕猴桃是一种富含营养元素的水果,可对其进行开发利用.

Study on Trace Elements Characteristics of Wild Actinidia Chinensis

Abstract:The trace element content in wild Actinidia chinensis from Qiandongnan were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,which will provide important reference for the development and utilization of wild Actinidia chinensis. The results showed that the contents of Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg and K in wild Actinidia chinensis were 31. 78,3. 19,4. 38,1. 44,89. 62,3. 09,and 56. 80 μg /g respectively. While the contents of Ni,Cd and Pb in wild Actinidia chinensis were not detected. The wild Actinidia chinensis in Rongjiang county,Guizhou is a nutritional element enriched fruit,and can be exploited.
