| 摘 要： | 转型期高校公寓管理模式逐步由传统管理向市场化管理转变,面临的管理问题日益凸显。高校公寓社区化管理模式是一种化解公寓管理中不协调因素的有效路径,其"管理、服务、育人"的功能,既可以化解公寓日常管理中重事轻人的问题,又可以调适公寓管理坚持"以人为本"与市场化经营管理注重经济利益之间的矛盾,还可以推动学生公寓文明建设,推动校园内涵式发展。
