| 摘 要： | 英美国家大学章程由来已久,从中世纪的特许状到现在的学校章程,已经非常成熟。英美国家大学章程主要有以下特点:法律特征明显;程序规范;大学内部治理机制明确;保障大学自治;教授治学;维护大学成员权益等。

| Abstract: | The charter of Britain and American universities has a long history,from the Medieval cheater to the present constitution,they are all very mature.These constitution has the following characteristics: Legal characteristics significantly;Procedural norms;University's internal governance mechanisms clearly;Protection of university autonomy;Professor of Management Teaching;Safeguard rights and interests of university's members and so on. |
