| 摘 要： | 利用1965-2009年日照市三个气象观测台站年平均雷暴日和2005～2009年雷电灾害损失资料,结合日照市地理、土壤、人文和气候等特征,提出了雷击密度、雷电灾害频数、经济损失模数、生命易损模数作为日照市雷电灾害易损性评估指标,并进行了综合评估,在此基础上形成了日照市雷灾易损性区划。结果表明:雷电灾害易损性风险不仅取决于当地的自然条件,还受地方经济发展条件的影响,也取决于当地采取雷电防护措施的状况和防雷技术水平,日照市市区属雷电灾害高易损区,五莲县属雷电灾害较高易损区,莒县属雷电灾害中易损区。

| Abstract: | And 2005-2009 year thunder and lightning disaster loses the material using 1965-2009 year Rizhao three meteorology measuring platform station annual mean thunderstorm day,unifies characteristics and so on Rizhao geography,soil,humanities and climate,proposed the thunder stroke density,the thunder and lightning disaster frequency,the economic loss modulus,the life vulnerable modulus take the Rizhao thunder and lightning disaster vulnerability appraisal target,and has carried on the overall assessment,based on this has formed the Rizhao thunder disaster vulnerability regionalization.The result indicated: The thunder and lightning disaster vulnerability risk is not only decided by the local natural condition,but also receives the provincial economy development condition the influence,is also decided in the locality takes the thunder and lightning protective measure the condition and the anti-radar technical level,the Rizhao urban district is the thunder and lightning disaster high vulnerable area,five lotus county thunder and lightning disaster is high the vulnerable area,Ju County is in the thunder and lightning disaster the vulnerable area. |
