| 摘 要： | 新民主主义政治文明是中国特殊国情下的创造，凝聚了中国共产党人与中国人民的政治智慧。尽管新民主主义政治文明的星火燎原实践只有短短的十几年，但其首创性在中国共产党思想宝库与中国现代化进程中仍然熠熠生辉。新民主主义政治文明实现了从王朝国家向民族国家、从封建专制向人民民主的转变，是中国共产党推动中国政治发展的伟大实践；新民主主义政治文明是马克思主义中国化阶段性成果的重要组成，是人类政治文明宝库中的奇葩；具有现代化取向的新民主主义政治文明，开创了中国现代化建设的新篇章。新民主主义政治文明为当代中国的发展进步奠定了根本的政治前提和制度基础，是社会主义政治文明的源头活水。

| Abstract: | The political civilization of new democracy is the creation under special national conditions, which condensed the political intelligence of the Chinese Party members and the Chinese people. Despite the new democratic political culture lasted only a short period of no more than a decade, but its meaning of breakthrough and the theoretical thinking are great treasure of the Communist Party of China and will spark in China＇ s modernization process continues. The new democratic political civilization, great practice of the China＇s Communist Party in promoting political transition, stands for the realization of transformation of China from the Empire State to the nation - state, from the feudal autocratic to people＇s democracy; the new democratic political civilization is also an important component of the achievements in the process of localization of Marxism in China. The new democratic political civilization with modernization as value orientation opened up a new chapter in China~ modernization drive. As a new model between capitalism and socialism, the new democratic political civilization is a wonderful treasure in political civilization. The new democratic political civilization provides essential political and institutional foundations for the contemporary development of China, and it is the source of socialist civilization flowing water. |
