摘    要:利用氨基磺酸作催化剂,在乙醇热条件下合成了4-苯基-6-甲基-5-乙氧羰基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮,优化了工艺条件.结果表明:当苯甲醛用量为10mmol,苯甲醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯、尿素、氨基磺酸投料比为1:1.2:1.5:0.8,无水乙醇为10mL,温度为80%时,反应2h产物收率达93.6%.该工艺是一种简便有效的方法.

Abstract:4-phenyl-6-methyl-5-ethoxycarbonyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-one was synthesized by ethanol thermal method using sulfamic acid as a catalyst.The optimum conditions were as follows: the amount of benzaldehyde was 10mmol;the molar ratio of benzaldehyde;ethyl acetoacetate;urea and sulfamic acid was 1∶1.2∶1.5∶0.8;the temperature was 80℃ in 10ml absolute ethanol;react for two hours.The yield was 93.6 %.The technology was simple and efficient.
