| 摘 要： | 传统技术的评价主要是财务指标导向型的,是主要基于技术本体而开展的评价;而新技术的评价是战略效益导向型的,既有技术本体的评价,也有技术的社会评价.应用DELPHI法以及问卷调查、专家咨询和访谈等方法,确定了新技术的产业化评价指标体系,并且应用了配对样本t检验验证了传统技术与新技术评价指标体系的差异.

| Abstract: | Traditional technology assessment is financial index oriented based on the technology reality; new technology assessment is strategy oriented with both assessment of technology and social assessment of technology, extending from special technology to changes of technology, marketing and social. This paper determinates the assessment index system of new technology concerning the commercial potential using Delphi Method, expert panel and Questionnaire and etc., and validates the difference of indexing system between traditional technology and new technology assessment by means of paired- samples T test. |
