| 摘 要： | 就体育院校优秀运动员教学管理定位和教学管理体系的建立,抓好优秀运动员学习过程管理,提高优秀运动员的文化素质等问题进行了研究,提出了对体育院校高水平运动员的教学管理必须坚持"以人为本"、"以学生为主体",优秀运动员的教学管理是体育院校管理的重要环节。对于突出体育院校的办学特色和提升优秀运动员的文化素质具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Through comprehensive analysis of teaching management of elite athletes in sport colleges,the author studied and discussed the position of teaching management of elite athletes,the construction of teaching management system,management of study process of elite athletes and education-level improvement of elite athletes.The paper gave the opinion of "putting people first" and "taking student-oriented approach",which highlighted the teaching management of elite athletes in sport colleges,and it is meaningful for special education in sport colleges and education-level improvement of elite athletes. |
