| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后，将给高校图书馆信息服务带来全面的冲击，如何抓住机遇，应付挑战，趋利避害，是当前高校图书馆信息服务工作急需解决的问题．文章从加强文献信息资源建设、健全知识保护法律体系、建立职业资格认证制度等几个方面提出相应的对策．
