| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法,逻辑分析法从政府提供体育公共服务过程中存在的问题出发,分析了体育公共服务供给主体多元化的必要性。在吸收西方发达国家公共管理理论的基础上,立足我国国情,打破体育公共服务政府供给的垄断现状,提出体育公共服务的四个供给主体：政府及体育行政部门、非营利性体育组织、营利性体育组织、个人并对其服务领域做了界定。
