| 摘 要： | 中国高等职业教育经过20多年的实践和建设,已经发展成为一种重要的教育类型,成为我国高等教育发展中必须依靠的一支重要力量。但在发展进程中,高等职业教育也面临着发展速度过快,内涵建设乏力,投入严重不足,区域发展不和谐等问题。因此,需要政府营造适合高职教育和谐发展的政策环境,建立公平的教育财政政策,大力推进区域高等职业教育和谐发展,着力加强质量工程的基础能力建设。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education in China has developed into an important education type through practice and construction almost 20 years,which has become a significant strength in the development of higher education,but it also confront with many problems in its rapid development process,such as excessive development pace,powerless of connotation constructing,insufficient devotion,inharmonious development among different regions. Therefore,the government must create a policy environment to prefect the harmonious developing for higher vocational education,establish equitable education finance policy to boost harmonious development of regional higher vocational education and strengthen basic ability construction of quality project. |
