| 摘 要： | 旨为中国游泳队重新掘起提供理论依据。通过专家问卷调查法，观察法和献研究法，建立因素分析系统。认为造成中国游泳队27届奥运会失利的主要因素是管理体制、训练水平和教练同题；次要因素是科研水平和药物问题；其它因素如技术创新、选拔制度也将不同程度地影响中国游泳队的发展。

| Abstract: | The study of the Chinese National Swimming Team's loss in 27th olympic Games is based on expert questionnaires,observations and documentary study,while setting up factor analysis system The study aims at pointing out problems existing in the team and helping quide its future development It reaches the conclusion that among these factors,managerial system training standard and coach are the chief ones,while scienlifc study level and drug_use are secondary In addition,other factors such as technological innovation and athlete selection system are also influencing the team's development |
