魏晋南北朝时期黄河中游区域的饮品文化

摘    要:魏晋南北朝时期黄河中游区域的饮品文化有了较大发展,其主要表现有:酿酒技术获得了较大进步,酒文化得到了一定发展;乳及各种乳制品在黄河中游区域得到了较快的普及,反映出这一时期北方游牧民族的饮食文化对黄河中游区域的影响;流行于南方的茶逐渐为黄河中游区域的人们所了解,饮茶开始进入初始阶段,为唐宋文化的繁荣奠定了初步基础.

Abstract:The dietetic culture of the area of middle reaches of Yellow River in the periods of Wei-jin and the Northern and Southern Dynasties had got greater developments: making wine technology had made greater progress and wine culture had certain development; milk and dairy products in the area had popularized comparatively quickly, which reflected during the periods the food cultural influence of north nomadic nations on the area; the people of the area came to know better tea that is more popular in the south china and drinking tea began its practice stage. This established preliminary foundation for cultural prosperity in the Tang and Song Dynasties.
