| 摘 要： | "十一五"时期滨海新区经济总量不断增长、产业结构不断优化,在带动区域经济发展中发挥了重要作用。提升滨海新区在区域经济发展中的地位和发挥其作用成为"十二五"时期的战略发展重点。滨海新区适于选择"高端集聚,内外联动,一体多元,领先示范"的经济发展模式,始终把带动区域发展放在重要战略位置,坚持对内增强实力、提高综合素质,对外加强联系、搞好服务,寓开发开放于强化聚集辐射功能之中,通过改革创新扩大聚集和扩散效应,做到在服务区域发展中加快自身发展,通过加快自身发展带动整个区域发展。
