培养智慧型幼儿教师要从教育实习开始

摘    要:教师智慧是教师专业素养的核心构成。教育实习是培养未来幼儿教师的重要渠道。培养智慧型的幼儿教师,应该从三个方面人手,即:对幼儿赋予理智的爱、提升学生对知识的掌握能力及反思能力。在实习中进行教育研究,是提高培养智慧型幼儿教师有效性的关键。

Abstract:Teaching wisdom is the main part of teachers'professional quality. Teaching practice is an important way to train future preschool teachers. Training smart preschool teachers should start from cultivating students'ability to grant intellect love to children, master knowledge and reflect. We should conduct research and increase the effectiveness of training smart preschool teachers during teaching practice.
