| Abstract: | School culture is a kind of organization culture,and school management of principals is culture management.Effective culture management of principals in primary and secondary schools is composed of school philosophy,school system,teacher culture,curriculum implementation and school characteristics.Culture management characterizes with responsibilities and powers of principals.And it is also principal's historic mission of the times. |
