小学教育专业复合型导师制建设初探

摘    要:本科生导师制作为教学管理制度,其实质是要真正落实因材施教原则,促进学生学有所思、知行合一。小学教育专业在推进本科生导师制的过程中,突出专业建设特色,不断探索课内外一体化育人模式,积极引进优秀教师加强对大学生实践教学的指导,初步形成了"教学导师+实践导师+辅导员+导师助理"的复合型导师制模式,并在实践过程中取得一定成效。同时,也要不断反思、探索进一步完善本科生导师制建设的途径与对策。
