| 摘 要： | 休闲是追求身心发展的过程，也是构建文化信仰的过程。传统保健体育所具有的体闲价值与现代人所追求的休闲观在理念上是一致的，强调身心发展，维护生态环境和谐，这也是我国构建和谐社会所需要的。面对我国和谐社会构建，站在现代休闲视角下，对传统保健体育在我国城市和谐社会构建中的生存价值进行了探讨，并提出了开发策略。 |
