| 摘 要： | 根据社会主义和谐社会的精神内涵,总结我国野生动物保护工作的实际,从总体上看,我国野生动物保护管理及制度建设等工作尚存在较大不足。问题的存在有多方面的原因。为适应构建和谐社会的总体要求,我国野生动物保护管理制度、运行机制等急需变革,并遵循以人为本和可持续发展的原则,以真正实现促进社会和谐发展的目标。
