| 摘 要： | 校园文化不仅是一种文化现象，更是一种新的学校管理理论，是组织文化理论与学校组织特点结合而成的新的学校管理理论。它在学校的建设发展中有着举足轻重的作用。中等职业学校的校园文化有其特殊的方面。当中等职业学校校长走向职业化、教师走向专业化的时候，学校面临许多不确定的人员变动，此时校园文化更需要传承。就目前而言，可以通过知识管理来传承校园文化，保持并增强学校的核心竞争力，从而使学校基业长青。

| Abstract: | Campus culture is not only a kind of culture phenomenon, but also a kind of new theory of school management. It is developed from the combination of organization culture theory and school organization characteristics. It plays an important role in school vocational schools is quite unique. During the time when cationalized, the teachers become professionalized and the development. The campus culture in the headmasters of vocational schools schools confront various indefinite intermediate become voalterations of staff, the campus culture needs to be heritable. At present, the campus culture is passed on through intellectual management to enhance school＇ s competitiveness and make the school prosperous. |
