摘    要:分析了CUBA联赛品牌的具体创建过程,并提出了发展对策:加强组织建设和作风建设,增强协会的凝聚力;加强CUBA联赛的制度建设,进一步完善赛制和各项规章制度;加大CUBA联赛的推广力度和市场开发力度,提高社会化、产业化运作水平;加大培训力度,加快人才培养;继续开展CUBA学术研讨和交流活动;充分发挥协会联系广泛的优势,积极开展对外交往活动。

Abstract:The paper analyses the forming process of the CUBA league brands and proposes some countermeasures,such as reinforcing the organization construction and ethics development,strengthening the cohesion of the association,optimizing the match system and various regulations of the CUBA league,reinforcing the propagating and market exploiting of the CUBA league,developing more talents,carrying out the CUBA forums and exchanges.
