| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法,对第9届世界健美操锦标赛三人操前8名参赛队成套动作中的难度动作进行了分析。通过分析指出了目前世界三人竞技健美操难度的发展现状及其未来发展趋势,并结合新规则提出了相应的建议和对策。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and others,the paper analyzes the difficult actions of three-person aerobics among top eight teams at the Ninth World Aerobics Championships,points out the current situation and the future tendency of three-person aerobics,and then offers some corresponding suggestions and measures according to the new rules. |
