| 摘 要： | 律师是向社会提供法律服务的主力军,科学合理的律师服务收费制度对于国家律师业的长足发展至关重要。我国旧有的律师服务收费制度有很多缺陷。新出台的律师服务收费制度采用了“政府指导价与市场调节价”并存的模式,较好地遵循了商业性、自治、合理成本、导向诸原则,对新中国现代律师服务业长远发展的推动作用不可低估。

| Abstract: | Lawyer is a main force that offers legal service to the whole society.The system of necessary and reasonable service charge is extremely essential to the rapid and long-term development of China's legal profession.As for the old service charge system of China's legal profession,there is many a drawback,while the new one adopts a mode that combines the government's guided price with the market-adjusted price,which,comparably speaking,better follows such principles as commerce,self-control,reasonable cost and proper guide.In a word,it will in the long run exert significant effects on the further development of modern China's legal profession. |
