| 摘 要： | 高校青年教师的思想政治素质包括政治素质、道德素质、理论素质和能力素质四个方面,它们的状况如何,直接影响和决定培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的质量;思想政治素质意识淡薄、爱岗敬业精神欠缺、价值取向扭曲在部分青年教师身上不同程度有所体现;针对存在的问题,提出创建学习型学院,提高青年教师的政治理论水平;优化环境机制,提高青年教师的职业道德修养;运用科学方法,端正青年教师的价值取向三个路径。

| Abstract: | The ideological and political quality of young teachers in colleges and universities includes political quality, moral quality, theoretical quality and capability quality, and its status will directly influ- ence and determine the quality of socialist constructor and successor. The weak ideological and political quality, defective professional dedication, distorted value orientation are embodied in part of young teach- ers differently. According to the problems, three paths are proposed, i. e. , through creating learning-- mode school to improve political theoretical level, optimizing surroundings mechanism to promote profes- sional ethics, and applying Scientific methods to regular value orientation of young teachers. |
