| 摘 要： | 建设全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会，是未来二十年我国教育发展和改革的重要奋斗目标，成人教育是终身教育的实施主体，成人学习是学习型社会的核心。为此，成人教育学校要率先发展成为学习型组织，突出其学习型社会的主体地位，为刨建学习型社会发挥示范作用；要深化成人教育改革，确立现代教育理念，在创建学习型社会的文化氛围中发挥成人教育的先导作用；要积极地、科学地发展多层次、多类型和多形式的成人教育，实现成人教育资源的社会共享，发挥其在构建学习型社会中的前沿作用。

| Abstract: | It is a very important goal of the development and reform of China's education in the coming twenty years to build up a learning society in which the whole nation insists on lifelong study.Adult education is the executive subject of lifelong education,and adult study is the core of the learning society.Hence,the school of adult education should be the first to become an organization full of style of study and the principal modal in the learning society.Besides,it should take the lead in enforcing the reform of adult education and establishing the modern educational concepts.In order to share the intellectual resources of the adult education in the whole society,there is a need to develop multi-level and multi-type of adult education. |
