| 摘 要： | 长期以来,我国高校受“功利主义”思想的影响,过于重视科学的工具价值,忽视学生人精神的养育,造成人精神在教育上的失落,不利于学生整体素质的提高,所以,在高等教育中必须大力弘扬人教育的理念,推进人精神建设,达成对“人”的真正理解。要搞好高校的人精神建设,就要转变教育观念,摒弃过去狭隘的专业教育的观点,让受教育具有深厚的基础知识和化底蕴;要提高教师的人修养,专业教师不仅要精通专业的知识,还应具有丰富的哲学、语言、学、艺术历史等学科的知识,要改革课程体系,宽专业口径,拓学生的知识面,在课程中增加入教育的内容;要重视科学课程的人价值,改进科学课程的教学,发挥其中人价值的教育功能;还要加强道德教育。

| Abstract: | For a long time, due to the influence of the idea of utilitarianism, the universities of our country excessively attached importance to the tool value of science, overlooked cultivating students' humanistic spirit, led to losing of humanistic spirit in education, and made against improving students' integral diathesis. Therefore, in higher education, we must powerfully carry forward the idea of humanistic education, push ahead with the construction of humanistic spirit, and accomplish comprehending "human beings" truly. For this purpose, we need to begin with several aspects as follows: to change educational idea, to improve teachers' humanistic culture, to innovate curriculum system, dig up the humanistic value in the scientific courses, to enhance moral education. |
