| 摘 要： | 课程改革是当前我国基础教育领域重要的改革之一,也是全面推进素质教育、提高人才培养质量的有效策略。当前西部地区农村基础教育课程改革中存在着领导重视不够、课改经费严重不足、教师对新课程不适应、班额过大制约新课程实施等问题。针对这些问题,提出了加强领导、加大新课程的宣传力度、建立课程改革专项经费、推广校本培训与校本教研、实施发展性评价等具体对策。此外,还就如何建立长效机制、深化课程改革,促进西部农村基础教育可持续发展提出了相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | Curriculum innovation of elementary education in Northwest rural areas has faced the following difficulties: authorities attach little importance to it;there is less fund to support the research work;teachers are not adaptable to the new curriculum;large classroom restricts the implementation of new curriculum.Taking these problems into consideration,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: to strengthen the force of giving publicity to the new curriculum;to establish the special fund for new curriculum;to popularize school-based training and research;to implement process assessment system.Besides,the paper also gives some suggestions on deepening of innovation so as to improve sustainable development of elementary education in Northwest rural areas. |
