基于模糊综合评判法的高校教师教学质量评价研究

摘    要:教学质量的评价是高校教学管理中一个非常重要的环节,该文应用模糊模糊综合评判法,建立高校教师教学质量评价体系模型,实现从定性到定量评价的转换,从而更加准确、全面、科学、公正地对教师教学质量进行评价。并举例说明该方法对评估高校教师教学质量具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:This paper is to expect to,as evaluation of teaching quality is a principal part of teaching management at colleges,on the basis of fussy comprehensive evaluation,set up a model for this evaluation,and the purpose is to transfer this evaluation from quality determination to quantity determination,and evaluate teachers' teaching more accurately,completely,scientifically and justly.It will perhaps a better method for colleges to employ to evaluate their teachings' teaching as an example is used in this paper ...
